Shipping - Glass

  • Our default carriers are Fedexground and the USPS.
  • Orders typically ship (leave our facility) within 1-3 business days.
  • Please refer to the service map shown for Fedexground transit times to your destination (click on map to enlarge).  Please note that transit times are Business Days (Saturday and Sunday are NOT counted).
     
  • If there is a deadline involved we MUST be notified when the order is palced. If we are unable to meet the required deadline we will refund or cancel the purchase.
  • We will accept NO responsibility for late deliveries, for whatever reason, once a ship date has been confirmed by the customer.
  • Damaged goods will be replaced (per our terms and conditions) but NOT NOT VIA EXPEDITED SHIPPING.  If  Express shipping is required to replace damaged product applicable shipping charges will be the responsiblity of the CUSTOMER.
  • Unless specifically requested chocie of carriers (Fedex or USPS) is at our discretion.
    • USPS Priority Mail has a typical transit time of  2-3 days, however, this is NOT guaranteed.
    • Destinations which are PO Boxes and APOs MUST ship via the USPS.
    • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories ship EXCLISIVELY via the USPS.
       
  • We offer two shipping options
    • Weight/Volume based shipping.
    • Free ground shipping (Fedexground/Priority Mail/Parcel Post, at our discretion) on orders over $99 shipped to the contiguous United States (lower 48 States).
    • Contact us directly if Express shipping is required.

    • Tracking information comes directly from Fedex.com or USPS.com.
